Ascendant Realty is a newly established commercial real estate appraisal firm founded in 2024. The firm is poised to launch upon securing of capital and establishing its full infrastructure.
With my extensive experience in the commercial real estate appraisal industry and roles as managing director of multiple firms, the launch of the new firm is expected to be seamless.

Drew Han, MAI, is the founder and President of Ascendant Realty, leveraging two decades of extensive experience in the appraisal industry. A proud alumnus of the University of Central Florida, Drew holds the coveted MAI designation and is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Florida. His deep understanding of appraisal principles, combined with a strong commitment to professionalism and ethics, ensures that every appraisal is conducted to the highest standards.

As president and owner of Ascendant Realty, I will make key decisions, manage finances, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. I will assume overall responsibility for the company's operations, strategic direction, client relations, and business development. Adminstrative duties such as invoicing and bookkeeping will be handled by myself or my wife, who has previous experience as director of operations and is currently an associate director with Valencia. Her skillset is conducive for the administrative duties necessary for my company.

My active involvement in various organizations underscores my dedication to advancing the industry and fostering positive change. These include CREW, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council, the Appraisal Institute, and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.
I serve on the Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute - East Florida Chapter and the Candidate committee, demonstrating my commitment to advancing professional standards and best practices within the appraisal community. By actively participating in strategic decision-making and educational programming, I help shape the direction of the appraisal industry, ensuring its relevance and impact in an ever-evolving industry landscape.
Beyond my professional affiliations, my dedication to community service shines through my role on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the St. Ives at Orange Tree HOA. In this capacity, I oversee financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning for the community, working to enhance the quality of life for residents and foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
Through my active involvement in these organizations, I am driving positive change within the commercial real estate industry and making an impact on the communities I live in and serve.
